Every week, on Wednesday 7pm (unless otherwise specified), teams across 3 divisions (1st, 2nd & 3rd) come together in a doubles & singles match.

There are two seasons each year, summer (January to June) & Winter (July to December) and runs for approximately 20 weeks at the end of which is the finals.

Teams are awarded points for either a victory or a draw each week. The top teams each division play off in the finals to decide who the grand champions are.

The teams who finish the season top of their division are also champions.
